Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return or exchange within this period.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging to be eligible. After receiving and checking the product, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of damaged or incorrect items.
